Yes, but it would be helpful to know how your folders look in your mail spool too. When you say "down at the bottom," do you mean the very bottom? Are they red? Maybe you can provide the HTML of the folder pane (send privately if you have personal info you cannot scrub out). Did you copy the configuration file from your Fedora-supplied SquirrelMail instance or reconfigure from scratch? Note RedHat maintains its versions differently and there could be problems migrating between their package and a vanilla one (also might be complicated by using an email account set up under their package).
