For real?

Do what any programmer would do - rollback to vanilla and try it again
or diff the two and apply part of the diff a bit at a time.

How can you seriously ask such a question having given zero
information about the changes you've made (not to mention it's
commonly understood you're on your own when you make custom changes to
such software).  We're not here to do your job for you.
