To a reasonable person, an "Insert Blank Lines At Top Of Reply Body" option not working would simply mean that it fails to add the blank line(s) as advertised. Did not think that it was necessary to state the obvious. Only wanted confirmation one way or another. Wasn't asking for assistance.
