I just did a fresh tar -xvzf change_passwd-4.3beta7-1.2.8.tar.gz
Then,cp
/usr/local/www/squirrelmail/plugins/change_passwd/config_example.php
/usr/local/www/squirrelmail/plugins/change_passwd/config.php

Opened the file config.php for editing, its littered with ^M char's. 
Could this be the cause of the issues I'm having?  If so take a look at
the archive people are downloading.
