The line number in that error is also different than what I have, so
maybe you should upgrade that plugin.  On the other hand, $_SERVER not
having the HTTP_HOST entry in it is highly suspicious and I'm not sure
what would cause that issue.  It is certainly something different than
the other ones, which are IMAP related
