Ugh. I was expecting something to be reported in the vhost logs, but
the info was in the server php error logs. I must have upgraded the
compatibility plugin wrong. I copied over what was there instead of
deleting the directory and recreating it with the new version.

This is an interim solution until they authorize the upgrade of the latest.

Speaking of which, does it make sense to spend the time and effort to
upgrade to v1.4.20-SVN, or should I just go right to v1.5 at this
point?
