Please use a 1.4.20 SVN snapshot instead.

Since IE works but Firefox does not, then you should debug Firefox.
It's not going to be a problem anywhere else.  Allowing cookies for
your domain is the first thing to check (maybe you're running the
NoScript addon or similar).
