"You must be logged in" with Firefox/1.4.20-RC2

Hi,

I'm trying to upgrade from 1.4.2 to 1.4.20-RC2 with php-4.3.11,
apache-1.3.33, and I'm having difficulty logging in with firefox. IE8
works fine.

I receive "You must be logged in to access this page.". There are no
messages in any apache or php error logs to indicate what the problem
might be. I've searched for this, and there seems to be many causes to
this problem. I've checked file permissions, disabled all plugins, and
used a default 1.4.20-RC2 config file. All produce the same problem.

My firefox config is also pretty standard. I haven't made any
noteworthy security changes. I've included some debugging info below.
What else I can provide to troubleshoot this? Should I send the output
of phpinfo()?

SquirrelMail configtest
