If I send an emaul using Outlook locally it works fine. > See http://img138.imageshack.us/img138/1292/hmailadmin.jpg I don't remember changing any checkboxes in local ip range. Only increased priority of rules in order to disable autoban. telnet terminal in the right shows that user can send emails to external address without authorization, if local mail from: address is used. Last checkbox on the right side should be unchecked, if you use email forwarders and allow users to set custom from: addresses. If you want to turn on smtp authentication, see $smtp_auth_mech setting in SquirrelMail config.php. It is documented in config_default.php. hMailServer supports only 'login' or 'none'. Other authentication options are not supported. -- View this message in context: http://old.nabble.com/adding-Squirrel-amil-to-hMailserver-tp26743211p26780204.html Sent from the squirrelmail-users mailing list archive at Nabble.com. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Return on Information: Google Enterprise Search pays you back Get the facts. http://p.sf.net/sfu/google-dev2dev ----- squirrelmail-users mailing list Posting guidelines: http://squirrelmail.org/postingguidelines List address: squirrelmail-users@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx List archives: http://news.gmane.org/gmane.mail.squirrelmail.user List info (subscribe/unsubscribe/change options): https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/squirrelmail-users
