RFC 3501, section 6.4.4

HEADER <field-name> <string>
         Messages that have a header with the specified field-name (as
         defined in [RFC-2822]) and that contains the specified string
         in the text of the header (what comes after the colon)....

That is, it's not in the core IMAP RFC.  So what about searching for
something that will be unique to that case:

X_Spam_Status: Yes,

(Note the trailing comma)

Why not?  POP users can make sure they don't have any filters defined.
 SM users can have them turned on.
