This is a bug. I'm in the process of rewriting that plugin so it 
provides better feedback. The bug in this case is that it always says 
"Password changed successfully" when the form is submitted. Looking at 
the old code, I honestly have no idea what I was thinking when I wrote 
it. It's obviously wrong. I hope to have the new version out in the next 
  week or so.
