Additional info: I was not real descriptive in our problem in regards to MS Word docs failing to open. The error is not actually anything to do with SM but how MS Office is handling the attachment. What happens is MS Word does atttempt to open the attachment and once the interface gets open this error is thrown in Word C:\...\##aa##bb##\ failename[1}.dor can not be found The key element is the [1] in each document that tries to open regardless,,of what the filename is.
