I'd stop here just for testing, although maybe take off the trailing  
slashes.  I don't think you actually any of the rest of the config,  
aside from maybe the ProxyPassReverse, which doesn't have to sit  
inside <Location>.

Never heard of this.  Maybe due to the trailing slash on ProxyPass?  Drop it.
