Junk Mail suddenly stopped working

Please help get my Junk Mail working again.

I am an end user who has been abandoned by my admin/tech person. I am
somewhat technical, but not in progamming, BUT, I am able to learn more.

Junk Mail was working. No downloads or changes were made. It just stopped
letting me move junk e-mail. I also no longer can delete junk e-mail.

Whenever I try, I get the LOGGIN screen:
                 Log In

 Email Address: ____________ @2learn-english.com
 Password:  __________________

If I log in. I cannot see the e-m. the screen contains the following:

 2learn-english.com FTP's Mailbox Manager (info@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx)

CURRENT DISK USAGE: 324.121 / 639312 MB

 Email Client Configuration
Incoming mail server: mail.2learn-english.com
Incoming mail server type: POP3 or IMAP (your choice)
Incoming mail server username: info@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx (use the whole thing!)
Outgoing (SMTP) mail server: mail.2learn-english.com
My server requires authentication: checked. (use same settings as incoming
mail server)
Use secure password authentication: not checked.


 Inbox Housekeeping

 Remove read messages when inbox reaches  messages.
 Remove read messages from inbox older than  days.
   Even expire new messages.
   Archive expired messages in folder
   Notify me when messages are expired (via a message in my inbox).

Configure Junkmail Settings?


 Email Filters
Add New Filter for info@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx


(Keyword filters only work if you don't have your own .procmailrc file.)



 Auto-Responder

Activate Auto-Responder (Sends an automatic reply every time you receive
an email.)


>From Name:  <info@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>
Subject:   Quote Subject?
Body: This is an automatic/computer generated response.

We will respond personally to you shortly.
