Please do not double-post.  Your IMAP server looks to either have an
issue managing folder subscriptions or in correctly reporting existing
subscriptions.  I'm not looking at the Sent Subfolders plugin code,
but presumably it is trying to create the 2008/11 folder because it
doesn't see it there already.  Yet, your IMAP server does seem to have
a subscription for it.  You might want to look at why your IMAP server
is behaving as such.  Also, try testing the creation and
(un)subscription of folders using the Folders page and make sure your
IMAP server isn't completely borked.
