More importantly, you need to describe your problem more accurately. I do not understand it at all. The HTML you sent is not immediately meaningful without some explanation of what it is. You should also include the full message source (use Message Details plugin to get it) of the offending message that you are replying to and then the full message source of the message that SM sends that "has HTML tags added", and show what tags those are.
