All SquirrelMail 1.4.x versions are not compatible with PHP 4.0.6. Classes
introduced in 1.3.x have issues in older PHP versions. I doubt that user was
using stock SquirrelMail 1.4.3a version on PHP 4.0.6 without any issues.
