When you view email in SquirrelMail, SquirrelMail does not change message
flags. It just fetches message body.

rfc 3501. If IMAP FETCH BODY command is issued, IMAP server must set \Seen
flag on that message. If gmail does it twice and two \Seen's make one
unseen, ask them to fix their software.
