You need to upgrade.  Use a 1.5.2 snapshot.  1.5.1 is horribly old and
full of problems and exploits and is not supported.

Try showing the exact error/expiration message here, otherwise you
leave us to guess what the actual issue is.  Also, you should show all
related PHP configuration items.  Note that Courier IMAP also has
limits for concurrent usage.
