Sounds like you may not have the binary installed correctly.  Please
show a listing of the directory that contains the
"squirrelmail_autoresponder_forwarder_proxy" binary, which I think by
default is the plugin directory.  Do the permissions look like
-rwsr-xr-x?  Is it owned by root?
