I see only citadel login form that hijacks all requests and fails to set correct path to linked files. 443 and 2000 ports are used by citadel web services and not by Apache. If webcit is some kind of wrapper for apache, then your squirrelmail/ alias is not working. Why apache2 process is attached to POP3 over SSL port in your netstat output?
