The SquirrelMail Project develops SquirrelMail, which is only a small component in a complete mail system. The SquirrelMail Project Team isn't operating the servers you're using, so you have to contact the ISP that do (my guess is <hostgator.com>). In your case SquirrelMail isn't even the culprit. Even though you type your mails in the SquirrelMail user interface, SquirrelMail doesn't really send the e-mails by itself - they are only handed over to the SMTP server, which is in charge of the actual delivery. The problem is most likely with the SMTP server. Good luck!
