What is the format of the actual IMAP account names? If in the form
of just the local username ("user"), then your SquirrelMail domain
setting should fix the problem if it's set to foo.com. If IMAP
accounts are in the form "user@xxxxxxxxxxxx", then it's much harder --
I'd recommend using the Login Manager plugin to allow users to log in
as "user@xxxxxxx", and using Login Manager to rewrite the login to
"user@xxxxxxxxxxxx", while setting its $rawLoginIsOutgoingEmailAddress
setting so the email address is as you desire. Note that this
solution will work for users who have already logged in before, but
the one before will only work for first time logins. Also see the
Retrieve User Data plugin, which you might be able to modify for your
purposes.
