Nothing to do with Squirrelmail as I hope you've deduced. You've  
almost certainly specifically configured Mercury32 to only listen on  
the 192.168.0.101 IP address. I believe this field is referenced as  
'IP interface to use'. I also believe that if you leave that field  
blank, it will listen on all IP addresses bound to the machine,  
including 127.0.0.1.
