Looks like I have to upgrade my cyrus ;)
I run diff between 1.4.10a and 1.4.13 and found a section in
Deliver.class.php that's different. The function mail didn't have anything
to do with reply headers before. When disabling the section
if ($reply_id) {...} my error is gone. I'll check further on this piece of
code tomorrow ;)

PS: Richard, this is also a quick hack to switch to 1.4.13 again.
