I haven't asked to test /usr/sbin/poppassd. Please test poppass service. You
don't have to suid poppassd. It runs with root privileges when started by
inetd or xinetd.

When you debug things, make sure that PHP error reporting is set to E_ALL
and display_errors is set to On in /etc/php5/apache2/php.ini. "it only
refresheed the page with a little arrow, ->, popup" looks like some hidden
PHP error notice or something broken. Check your Apache2 logs in
/var/log/apache2/. Maybe you have some error notices about change_pass
plugin there.

If you need more than 10 emails to solve your issue, it is definitively
something that should be solved on irc.
