What's the best way to reset the state of the lockout plugin? I'm not sure where it is actually holding its state - doesn't seem to be in the php session cache (where I can see the captcha state). I'm using lockout only to activate captcha, and during first installation I set the 3rd parameter to zero (indefinite duration). Now those IP addresses I tested against are permanently captcha'd... I've tried restarting apache as well with no effect.
