The problem with this (one time pass), is how SquirrelMail handles
IMAP. Because it's a PHP script, it has to close the connection when
the script ends. This would mean the next page that opens has to
reestablish an IMAP connection, and the passwords we have stored
wouldn't match any more.

The only way around that would be to use an IMAP proxy, which would
keep the IMAP connection open for SquirrelMail.

If we don't support it by default (see ./configure then option 2, A,
then 6), you'd probably need to modify functions/imap_general.php in
sqimap_login.php.
