Squirrelmail attachment throws an error randomly

While attaching a file it shows "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage"/"page cannot be displayed" error.
This happens only on some clients which tries to attach file. 
Surprisingly, squirrelmail uploads that file and put in to attch directory. But not able to finish attachment successfully. The attachment file size is lesser than allowed.
