I use squirrelmail1.4.x., vpopmail5.4.x, courier-imap-4.1.x.

Whent I use login as authentication type I can login to webmail. But I want
to use cram-md5.
my squirrelmail's imap server's settings;
IMAP Settings
--------------
4. IMAP Server : localhost
5. IMAP Port : 143
6. Authentication type : cram-md5
7. Secure IMAP (TLS) : false
8. Server software : courier
9. Delimiter : detect

telnet my.imap.server 143
* OK [CAPABILITY IMAP4rev1 UIDPLUS CHILDREN NAMESPACE THREAD=ORDEREDSUBJECT
THRE
AD=REFERENCES SORT QUOTA AUTH=CRAM-MD5 IDLE ACL ACL2=UNION STARTTLS]
Courier-IMA
P ready. Copyright 1998-2005 Double Precision, Inc. See COPYING for
distributio
n information.

But when I use cram-md5 as authentication type, I could not login to on my
squirrelmail
I get a message like username or password is wrong.

What may the problem be ?
