Squirrelmail is a mail client, it's for reading your e-mail.

You can create distribution lists for sending messages by using the 
Addressbook and putting a comma-separate list of e-mail addresses in the 
address field.  However, that is no substitute for a real mailing list 
package installed on your mail server.
