Two notes: you should NOT be implementing filtering of any sort in a
mail client.  This belongs (and is far more powerful) on the server
side.  A tool like SpamAssassin is great for this.  Also, this plugin
has not been updated in a while that I know of - don't know if it will
have any issues.

Looks like it needs the Pear DB package, but I don't see line 2 of the
config file being such.  Try "pear install DB".
