Depends on what browser you use. In Firefox, check Tools-->Options-->Privacy and there is a button for managing cookies. In IE, it's something like Tools-->Options-->General-->click the button under Temporary Internet Files to edit Settings-->click the button to View Files, but there is also something like this: http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/iecookies.html I think I see the same problem.
