While I agree it is not a squirrelmail issue, it appears it is actually
the mail server at jbdavisconstruction.com that is complaining:

550-Called: 65.254.254.51
550 mailinc16: Host 74.200.194.125, error: B1.1.1 
550 Sender verify failed (in reply to RCPT TO command)

It may be it's rejecting your mail due to DNS mismatch:

% dig nwsustainabledesign.com
nwsustainabledesign.com. 14400  IN      A       74.200.194.125

% dig -x 74.200.194.125
125.194.200.74.in-addr.arpa. 86400 IN   PTR     tazer.rdns.NET.
