Outlook as I recall has a CSV (comma-separated-values) export format
choice.  (The export feature I believe can be found via the "File"
menu --> Import/Export or something like that.)  After you have
successfully exported your addresses into a CSV file, you'll need to
make sure your SquirrelMail administrator has installed the address
book import/export plugin where you can upload the addresses into
SquirrelMail.  You may need to tweak the format of the fields in the
CSV file as necessary.
