The person who created the Compatibility dependencies list on the wiki made incorrect assumptions about what plugins will only work with Compatibility 1.x. The fact is that Compatibility 2.x includes backward compatibility with v1.x, which works in some (but not all) cases. Primarily, this means that plugins that have files in them that are requested directly by the user browser will not work with 2.x unless they are specifically updated, but any other plugins should continue to work seamlessly with Compatibility 2.x.
