If you are using the shared_calendar plugin, export the iCal source
and Outlook should know what to do with it.  If you are using just the
stock SM calendar plugin, the events are completely proprietary and I
have never heard or seen any automated systems that can be used to do
such migration.  You'd have to roll your own.
