So, if i put manually "MIME-Version: 1.0" line in message (i have access to MailDir through file system), in SquirrelMail is same "????" instead of cyrillyc letters. now in message details header looks like: ...... MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset=windows-1251 Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit ...... If i open message in mcedit and select text encoding cp1251, all is displayed correctly. As I understand, according to RFC, "Content-Type" and "Content-Transfer-Encoding" fields are OK, symply, SM can't convert message body from cp1251 to utf8, it displaying message "as is". Am i correct? > We live in a world based on standards. Standard is not followed by some > third party.
