I assume you mean PHP timeout.

Not an issue.

Squirrelmail is almost certainly bumping into a PHP time or memory limit
whilst attempting to sort the messages.  Turn on server side sorting if
your IMAP server supports it. (If it doesn't, get a new one.) [See #1,
above]
