I also just explicitly disabled all plugins and re-produced the
problem again immediately(first time I clicked on a folder upon
log-in in IE6(I made sure to terminate all explorer.exe processes
before logging in again -- I don't use explorer as a windows shell)

So, as I tested last year with SM 1.4.5/1.4.6, SM 1.4.9a shows
the behavior regardless whether or not plugins are enabled.
