You have to ask the hosting company about this.

You have to ask the hosting company about this.

Not unless she put it there herself, but according to your problem
description above she didn't. SquirrelMail doesn't store anything but a
cookie at the end user's computer, and that cookie doesn't contain the
address book. The address book is stored at the web server.

You have to ask the hosting company about this.

The SquirrelMail Project Team develop the SquirrelMail software, but we're
not responsible for how the companies using our software set up their
systems so unfortunately we can't help you even if we want to.

If you forget your bag in a rented car, don't call Chrysler to ask them if
they have it - they don't. You have to ask the company you rented the car
from if they have found it.

On the other hand, if you installed SquirrelMail at your webserver and
have problems administrating it, this mailing list is the place to ask for
help.

I hope that her previous hosting company can help you with your ordeal.
Good luck!

Sincerely,
Fredrik
