Not really. Run with the plugins enabled until you find a broken attachment. Then disable all plugins and try downloading the attachment again. If it works with the plugins disabled, enable them one by one and download the attachment once per plugin enabled until you find the one that breaks it. If it breaks when all plugins are disabled, the problem is within the SquirrelMail core.
