If remote host accepted the mail, then you can't do anything more except ask hotmail to tell you why it didn't get delivered. Might have gotten wiped by a high-level anti-spam solution that drops "obvious" spam (like if you are sending from a dynamic IP block), but that's just a guess (and I would more expect mail like that to not even get a message saying it was queued for delivery....).
