It's better if you make separate help requests for each plugin in the future.

Why didn't you patch the SM source code?  Didn't you read the
installation instructions?

Did you set the preferences on the display options page to show the username?

So then tell us what the PHP errors are in your logs.  Read the
posting guidelines for information about how to see the PHP errors
that you have generated.
