Continued problem with right_main.php

I posted earlier about trying to get right_main.php working. It still
isn't working, but I have some interesting info to add:

1) When I login, the left pane loads. In Konqueror, an error appears in
the right pane: "An error occurred while loading
http://www.domain.com/webmail/squirrelmail/src/right_main.php?PG_SHOWALL=0&sort=0&startMessage=1&mailbox=INBOX:
Connection to host www.domain.com is broken."

However, I can click on other folders (via the left pane), like
subscribed folders, and I can get in fine (the contents of which appear
in the right pane).

If I click on INBOX again, however, I get the same error as above.
Obviously, SM is trying to show the INBOX upon login, and in my case, it
is failing.

I am doing virtual domains on my Cyrus server. I have tried setting the
domain variable in SM's config.php file to nothing, but that doesn't help.

Any ideas? The older SM version I had (1.4.5) didn't do this. However,
there were some other quirks in 1.4.5 that have reportedly been fixed as
of 1.4.8.
