Do you want to do that on mails already available in SM?

- Then use search to select the mails, then move them into the destination
folder. :-)

- If the mails were already in one folder use
http://squirrelmail.org/plugin_view.php?id=71 to move the folder.

If you think about moveing *new* messages, I would recommend a filter plugin.

Your MTA (e.g. postfix) does not take care about any "filtering". This is done
by an seperate software piece (like procmail, maildrop or a SM plugin).
