As a follow up,  we've been unable to get one user to return our call 
about what OS and browser version she is using, but the other is actually 
using Mac OS 10.2.8 with Safari 1.2 and IE 5.2.3.  The user wasn't sure 
which browser they were using when, but I'd say the IE is very suspect 
since I'm pretty sure MS stopped any dev on IE for Mac.

I tried to check my web logs to see if I could see what the second person 
is connecting with, but there are too many connections near those times to 
be able to determine for certain.  Plus apache isn't really able to see 
too much.

I suspect the bug you sent is the culprit though.
