Correct, although please note that this should not be the deciding
factor for using this as your filtering solution.  Using a
SquirrelMail plugin as your only message filtering system is weak and
slow and not recommended.  It's only meant as a backup for those who
can't craft their own full-service mail system with "real" server-side
mail filtering software.
