Hello everyone, Online repository with latest Squid 6.13 (rebuilt from sources in Debian) for Ubuntu 22.04 LTS 64-bit is available at https://squid613.diladele.com/. Github repo https://github.com/diladele/squid-ubuntu contains all the scripts we used to make this compilation. Here are simple instructions how to use the repo.
