I used the following versions: gcc (Ubuntu 5.4.0-6ubuntu1~16.04.4) 5.4.0 20160609 g++ (Ubuntu 5.4.0-6ubuntu1~16.04.4) 5.4.0 20160609 But also other gcc versions (4.8, 4.9 and later) and even clang (3.5) but to no avail.
